If your role expands beyond the responsibilities of the position you were hired for, is there any recourse?

My responsibilities have swelled beyond the position I was hired for (without a raise or promotion, mind you) and now I'm so stressed and overloaded that I can barely think. Can I do anything besides quit?

Confront boss and ask for a raise that you deserve. More responsibility should come with more pay, or look for another job and list all your experience.

ya screwed up when ya allowed these folks to push ya into this corner but ya really need to talk to yer boss one on one and explain how you feel and why you feel this way give him a chance to make good if ya get no satisfaction then see his boss most important be respectfull ,well spoken , and intelligent
