Need help!!!!!!!! how do I disable a pop up blocker to a site??

I am trying to get in to caller tunes on my the t-mobile website.
A blocker keeps coming up saying disable blocker.

depends what kind you have, some you have to tweak the settings, whereas some of the popular ones you hold control when you open the window

Hold down the Ctrl key, before you click the website you want to go on..You probably have more than one popup blocker activated..

Usually it helps to hold the control button down as you try to access the site.
