Chances of transferring to UT or NYU business programs?

Question

I am a freshman at Houston Baptist University, I have a 4.0 GPA after the first quarter and will probably have one through the next. I have very little extra curricular because since the age of 16 I have been working 30 plus hours a week. I have worked my way to Finance Manager at the company I work at. Whats my chances? Be brutal.

Also would transferring into a liberal arts then internally into the business school be wise?

very good for transfer, not smart to to go via liberal arts. go straight to business. less waste of time and expenses.
