I bought a Honda TRX400 FA a few weeks back, and being a mechanic I decided to see what it was made of. I took it to the local trails, and proceded to beat the living daylights out of it. I took it through any rough obstacle I could find, including a creek that had water washing over the racks,I thought it would drown for sure.Deep mud was no problem either, the 4x4 pulled right through. When I was done you couldnt even tell it was a Honda with all the mud (and sand from the creek) caked up on it.The bike never even hesitated once,it took everything I could throw at it.It's top speed is about 55mph,and that's plenty fast for a utility atv,and me for that matter.Overall it's a sweet ride. For what it's worth I also have a Suzuki LT,and it has never given me a problem, though I baby it more than the Honda.

i does no longer desire to journey one 50 miles back into the Alaska desolate tract. I hate to hike! No heavily. they're real junk. Get a Honda or a Yamaha. sidestep Polarise and Kawasaki. Up right here we survive (or no longer) on our 4 wheelers.

Honda is know for reliability, just read any magazine, but they aren't the fastest, or have the best suspension.
