Try anything with fresh ginger.
Make sure you are not going long periods of time without eating. Wake up early in the morning and eat a light breakfast, and snack all day and eat healty. Remember morning sickness is your body's way to rid itself of harmful toxins. Also, NEVER take prenatal vitamins on an empty stomach!!!!Take them at nigh before you go to bed about a half our after you have eaten something. And, keep yourself busy to keep your mind off of it. Hope this helps.

A few suggestions--crackers (but they don't work for you) toast without butter, ginger ale, ginger, sour foods like lemonade, hard candy, and you can buy these candies called pregnancy pops which are suckers to help morning sickness. You can also have a doctor prescribe you meds to help if it is too bad.

Babies R Us sells preggie Pops. I used those in the beginning of my pregnancy. They worked for me. I got the Sour drop pops. Raspberry, Lemon, and Tangerine. Good luck with your pregnancy and I am sorry about the Morning sickness. I had it for 3 months. I am now 17 weeks pregnant. My morning sickness ended about 2 weeks ago

I have not checked these so please before oyu try them, make sure with your doctor that it will be safe- I know they will not harm the baby but there are some natural things that might induce labor and we don't want to do that:

Some things that have proven very effective for upset stomach are ginger tea with honey, chamomile tea, and chicken broth- these things are very helpful to me- the honey and giner are especially helpful for settling an upset stomach. I am fairly sure these are safe but please double check before you try them.

I know I shouldn't make fun, but "mourning sickness" really cracked me up.

"I miss him so much it makes me want to puke."
