write it all down...just let it flow. It's what I do and it makes me feel so much better. Write the questions and just write. Poems, lyrics, your life. It's a better high than weed...guaranteed. My friend used to, but now she writes, and doesnt need tht **** anymore. I hope this helped. My day was bad to. Limited movement and more pain than ever describeable. Thank God i can still use a pen a paper...otherwise I'd be long gone if you know what I mean

Go for a run. The brisk air will snap you out of your reverie and the steady foot-pounding breath-puffing rhythm will relax you. Then a long hot shower and some snugly jammies. Sweet Dreams!

i know how you feel. no matter what is is that you are worried about i would suggest to keep reminding yourself that nothing will change the outcome. what is meant to be will be and you have to try and make the best of it. i dont know the specifics but try to take the time you have right now and enjoy it.
