Don't they have hooves? Which I know are made of the same material, but I wouldn't call them nails. So, you could say they have four, one per foot...unless since they are cloven hooved, you consider each half it's own entity, then I guess they would have 8?

I don't think they have any, they have hooves, right? I'm not sure, I've never stared at a cow's feet, I just eat the meat from them. Sorry.
