I don't care if you use the laptop a lot. Those are warning signs. Don't ignore them. Also.. do you have a headache too. Go get checked. You could die and therefore kill your beautiful baby. Trust me... I almost did. Good luck

You should try and stay active the more you sit around the more you will swell up the sooner the better since you are about to conceive.
The blurred vision is probably nerves as well since your body is transforming to a stronger state you might experience different things and it is normal be happy and enjoy these last weeks before your life getrs hectic.

Yes, I am 39 weeks and my hands are a little swollen. If they are majorly swollen, and/or tingling, then you should have your B/P checked by your doctor. Most of the time, you will have other symptoms, especially headaches or very hard heart pulputations. You know your body better than anyone, if you think there is something wrong, then get it checked out very soon. Good luck with the new one.

My vision was blurred and my hands swelled so bad I had to take my rings off. It's normal because all of the hormones and water retention cause that to happen. If it gets too bad, check with your doctor.

I would call the Dr and tell him/her what has been going on. Pre-E is something you don't want to mess with. If you have been seeing flying grains of rice or flashing lights before your eyes Its a sign of PRE-Eclampsia.

I am 17 weeks pregnant and I have been getting these and my midwife knows and is keeping me monitored.

those are signs of pre-eclampsia you really need to talk to another doctor because it doesn't sound like your doesn't know what he is talking about. pre-eclampsia is very serious and is very harmful to you and your unborn child if not treated (it can be fatal) and the only good treatment at this point depending how bad it is, is delivering your baby.

Your Dr can check to see if you are in trouble.Other then that you will have some swelling anyway, elevate your feet whenever possible.
