I find that a woman's advantages are:
1. We have the miraculous gift of being able to bear children.
2. We have the blessing of the ability to become a mother.
3. We are very intuitive.
4. We have a high level of sensitivity.
5. We have a high level of empathy.
6. Women are the more beautiful sex.
7. Women have softer skin than men.
8. Women live longer than men.
9. We hold together families when many men can't commit
to being a father.
10. We have great inner strength.
11. When women help each other, we are a powerful force.
12. Women are adept at conversational skills.
13. Women are adept at emotional intelligence.
14. Women have greater social skills than men.
15. Women can wear makeup. Men can't cover up
their zits or enhance themselves in this way. We can
hide flaws on our skin and about our features and modify
them to appear more attractive. Men can wear an earring,
grow a goatee and not much else.
16. Women have more choice in what types of clothing they
can wear. Men are mostly limited to pants and shirts.
17. Women can wear tons of jewelry. Men would look silly
with a bunch of bangles on an arm etc.
18. Women can grow their hair down to their ankles.
Men would be shunned if they did this.
19. Women don't have an adam's apple (lump on the
front of their throats like a man does).
20. Women are more interesting than men.
21. There is nothing greater than a friendship between
2 women.
22. A woman can be a sister. A man can never be a sister.
And sisters can be a wonderful thing!
23. Women love to shop! A great past-time!
24. Society allows a woman to cry; men are embarassed
by their tears and society looks down on them for doing so
(thus, women are more free to express their feelings and
emotions).
25. Women can sing high notes.
26. Women have breasts and can breastfeed and men
can't experience this. Breasts are wonderful things!
27. Women can wear pantyhose, high heels and
ultra-feminine apparel. Men are stuck with underwear
and boxer shorts.
28. Women can do all sorts of things with their hair,
be it wearing wigs, having hair extensions, permanents,
can curl it, etc. Men are pretty limited.
29. Women can carry purses. Men don't look so hot
with a purse. And purses are marvelous can't-do-without
articles no woman should do without. They carry the
universe in them. And men know this because when
you're with one, they're always asking if they can put
something of theirs in your purse.
30. A woman's singing can be the most exquisite
thing.
31. Women were once little girls, and little girls are a
wonderful thing!
32. Women never snore.
33. Women never fart.
Now for some negatives about being a woman:
1. Women in America earn less per hour than a man,
even though they may have the same level of education
and work experience.
2. Women in America face much difficulty in climbing
corporate ladders and in securing high level managerial
positions. They are passed over for promotions whereas
men are promoted, thus they have to try twice as hard
and only get half as far.
3. Women are taken less seriously than men.
4. Women are viewed upon as the weaker sex. Now yes,
men's muscles are stronger than a woman's, but women
are much stronger in many other ways. But we are still
viewed as delicate.
5. Women are often forced into poverty due to divorce
and other situations where they end up raising children
without a father. Whereas when a man divorces, he usually
is without children and is able to financially get on his feet
and does not end up in poverty.
6. Women may suffer with menstrual complaints such as
headaches, bloating, cramping, etc. Periods can be an inconvenience and a bother sometimes.
7. Women are highly vulnerable to addictions such as smoking and it is harder for them to quit.
8. Women experience difficulties when trying to work in non-traditional occupations, even though it's now the year 2007. We always face an uphill battle in this regard. Equality in certain industries still does not exist.
9. Women usually bear the cost of paying for birth control, abortions and other sexually-related costs.
10. Women are vulnerable because they may become pregnant.
11. Women retain more fat in their body tissues than men, and are thus prone to obesity more than men.
12. Women are susceptible to breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and other cancers of the female organs.
13. Sterilization in a woman is rarely successfully reversed and even if done correctly, their chances of getting a tubal pregnancy is heightened.
14. The cost of sterilization for a woman is greater than a man.
15. Women wrinkle quicker than men, especially after menopause. Thus women's faces age quicker than a mans.
16. Women's skin is more finer than a mans, thus it is more susceptible to sun damage.
17. Women use chemicals in their makeup and hair dyes etc., thus exposing themselves to possible toxins that may penetrate the skin and affect their bodies in negative ways.
18. Women cry easily and often when it is in a situation where you don't want to be seen crying, i.e. at work.
19. Women have to wear bras which are an expense men don't have.
20. Women bear the cost of having to buy feminine products.
21. Women spend a lot of their budgets on their hair, their makeup, etc. whereas men just buy aftershave, cologne, and shaving lotion.
22. Women are very susceptible to osteoporosis, especially after menopause due to hormonal changes. Some men get it, but not as often as women.
23. Women usually bear the cost of having to pay for childcare and a babysitter, especially if they are single parents, dating, etc.
24. Women usually do more than their share of housekeeping and cooking in a marriage, including laundry, etc.
25. Women are usually excluded from men's sports.
26. Society expects women to be non-agressive, non-assertive and complacent. This keeps women from learning to compete with others and to assert themselves in life, which limits their personal growth.
27. Society expects women to be feminine, and for women who are tomboys or naturally not feminine, this is an additional stressor on them. Women spend endless hours trying to emulate the models they see on tv and in catalogues.
28. Society expects women to remain forever young and forever thin, and looks down on women who are overweight and showing their age. Thus there is great pressure on women to be beautiful and they are constantly wasting their money dieting, taking diet pills, going to weight loss groups, taking anti-aging supplements, etc. And the pitiful thing is that some women go to the extreme of starving themselves and become bulminic or anorexic just to satisfy society's images of what they "should" look like.
29. Society expects women not to ever curse or to ever be outspoken and un-ladylike. This limits women in their freedom of expression whereas if a man curses or says something bold, he is admired.
30. Society expects women to be docile, submissive and easy-going, not to make waves, to blend into the scenery, and to not out-shine men.
31. Society expects women to be maternal, motherly, and not all women are by nature.
32. Society expects women to get pregnant, get married and have their husbands support them. However, what usually happens is they end up divorced, and don't have the education and work skills that their husbands had, thus wind up having sacrificed their careers for their staying home and raising children, or supporting their husbands while they got educated, thus end up with the short end of the stick, and if they go on to get that education later in life, it is much harder to get it and by then, they are older and then employers discriminate against them because they are older.
33. Society does not stress that women achieve career-wise in life but downplays this and stresses their becoming a mother.
Women need to be encouraged to set goals and to strive to go far in their careers, even if sometimes it means stalling having children or passing up this option entirely.

Advantages:
Why it's better to be a Woman!
1. We got off the Titanic first.
2. We get to flirt with systems support men who always return our calls, and are nice to us when we blow up our computers.
3. Our boyfriend's clothes make us look elfin & gorgeous. Guys look like complete idiots in ours.
4. We can be groupies. Male groupies are stalkers.
5. We can cry and get off speeding fines.
6. We've never lusted after a cartoon character or the central female figure in a computer game.
7. Taxis stop for us.
8. Men die earlier, so we get to cash in on the life insurance.
9. We don't look like a frog in a blender when dancing.
10. Free drinks, Free dinners, Free movies ... (you get the point).
11. We can hug our friends without wondering if she thinks we're gay.
12. We can hug our friends without wondering if WE'RE gay.
13. New lipstick gives us a whole new lease on life.
14. It's possible to live our whole lives without ever taking a group shower.
15. We don't have to fart to amuse ourselves.
16. If we forget to shave, no one has to know.
17. We can congratulate our team-mate without ever touching her butt.
18. If we have a zit, we know how to conceal it.
19. We never have to reach down every so often to make sure our privates are still there.
20. If we're dumb, some people will find it cute.
21. We don't have to memorize Caddyshack or Fletch to fit in.
22. We have the ability to dress ourselves.
23. We can talk to people of the opposite sex without having to picture them naked.
24. If we marry someone 20 years younger, we're aware that we look like an idiot.
25. Our friends won't think we're weird if we ask whether there's spinach in our teeth.
26. There are times when chocolate really can solve all your problems.
27. We'll never regret piercing our ears.
28. We can fully assess a person just by looking at their shoes.
29. We know which glass was ours by the lipstick mark.
30. We have enough sense to realize that the easiest way to get out of being lost is to ask for directions.
Disadvantages:

k, this is from my view as a male so take it for what it is worth.
More compassionate in most instances and seem to prefer to get work done in a team setting which usually leads to better solutions.
Drive - due to men (not all) thinking that women are not as competent
The major disadvantage is working in many fields where it was historically "man's work" and not being given credit for their ideas and work capabilities. Working outside of "typical" women's work areas usually leads to some type of discrimination. Two areas come to mind - firefighting and police work. I have exposure to these two areas and have seen discrimantion against women.
I guess the biggest disadvantage that women have is working with sexist men. A man is firm, a woman is a witch with a capital B (sorry). A man dedicates himself to work, a woman abandons her family.

Advantages: Women have a longer average life span.
Women have more choices as society accepts their being totally career oriented, totally family/home oriented, or anywhere in betweenWomen get to create life.
Disadvantages: Guys never look at our eyes (i wonder where they're looking?), Period, Child birth is painful!!!, over emotional, known as the weaker gender, took so long for us to get equal treatment in employment and such ( history people, history), magazines have disgraced us and made us look like a toy for men, WE ARE HUMAN!...jerks... :D

Well one is that no women is bi-polar.
Its simply are right to have
mood swings like no other!
I mean i dont see men bleeding
a week and haveing cramps and
see them act like there not in paiN!
We are also way smart,
Dis-we have a period, we fall in love easier
we dont usally go out with guys just for sex.
advantages, well we have an excuse to act like total
BEacthes a week a month, i love being a women. most the time!@

Advantages....being a mother is the most wonderful experience in the world....carrying and nurturing another person in your body is spiritual.
Disadvantages....people still ask dumb questions like....would you vote for a woman for President....in the year 2007 it should be a non-issue.
Just my opinions....hope the help some.

well my gf like everytime she starts pmsing or goes on her period she gets so pissed and like think she wants to berak up with me. girls tihnk with their emotions and not their brain sometimes.
other then that there u know are real no disadvantages except some are really mean. and look at looks and not personalities
