Obviously Reggie Bush having a big or crummy game could make or break the Saints in the game against Philly and possibly beyond. The only question is, do you think it will be his collegiately successful running game or his professionally successful receiving that will have the biggest impact?

Run Reggie Run!

In watching Reggie progress during the season, it's my opinion that he'll make more of an impact running than receiving. Starting with the Pittsburgh game, he's learned to run more in between the tackles as opposed to trying to bump everything to the outside. Also he's learned to lower his shoulder pads and take the tough 3 or 4 yards as opposed to stutter stepping and trying to shake his opponent. The results have been that he's been a much more effective runner, all the while still being a highly effective reciever.

His last game (not counting Carolina where he played 1 series) was vs. the Giants in which he had 126 yards on the ground. Duece added 100+ yards on the ground too. The Eagles run D has been horrendous all year, and they gave up 150+ to Tiki Barber and the Giants just last week. Add to that they are missing their Pro Bowl cornerback Lito Sheppard. I see Reggie putting in about 95 yards on the ground and another 50 receiving. He has matured as an NFL runner since the Eagles faced him last. He'll be effective both rushing and receiving against the Eagles. But it will be his rushing that will be most damaging to the Eagles.

Pierre ought to initiate. As a Bronco fan, I watched the Saints play Denver very last season, and Pierre made some spectacular runs. As you suggested, his yardage stats and landing totals are better than Reggie's. Plus, Pierre hasn't had the damage computer virus that Reggie has had contained in the pros. i'm not saying that Reggie is an complete bust, yet i imagine Pierre has earned the prospect to initiate. Reggie can nonetheless make a contribution, yet he's better contained in the slot and on show performs, and in operating, he's larger briefly-yardage circumstances.

Reggie having a crummy game will not break the Saints. Did you see the Dallas game. They could give it to 8 people if Sean wants.

That is exactly what the Philly staff is asking themselves, it gives them twice the work to do this weak in coming up with schemes. Reggie is going to do both, in this game and in the NFC championship and the Super Bowl mon ami.

Peace,

It will be hard to say until Deuce is no longer the starter. As for now Bush is most dangerous once he hits open space.

When you are as quick and as agile as he his you can make something out of nothing real quick, which he has done so many times before.

Look for him to do catches out of the backfield more than run in this game.

i believe it will be the combination. The Saints have great Wider receivers and cant put him in there the whole time. Then he would play RB but Mcallister is a stud 2. Basically he will be known as a 2 postion player.

I'll say the Saints win, and he has 75 yds. rushing, and 125-plus receiving. Not to mention special teams.

As long as he has the ball, it makes no difference how he gets it.
