Your best bet, in my opinion, would be to get a Torrent downloader, like uTorrent. And if you go p2p, Limewires the way to go. Personal experience, I've encountered less viruses and spyware through LimeWire.
Back on the Torrent software. With a torrent, not only will you most likely find that song, you'll find a bunch of his songs, hell, maybe even an album. Thats how I got Blind Guardians demos when they were Lucifers Heritage.
For uTorrent, go to google.com and search uTorrent.
Go to torrentspy.com for the Frank Sinatra, but be careful, some of the ads aren't safe for work.
