Wow. It's 12 yrs old and probably not worth the money to fix it. It's onboard computers will be full of water and just like your home computer it isn't a good thing. Even if you did manage to replace all the fluids and dry the interior, you'll have nothing but grief down the road. Time for new wheels my friend.

Sounds like an intersting story..being as it was over nite ..i'd say all the fluids and electrical are shot. it would take alot of work just to get it back running and then your taking a risk. And after all of that its still a 1995 Chrysler van...if you know what i mean.

not junk but it will need all the fluids taken out and flushed, and maybe you computer may be gone, let it dry out and see, but the computer may be gone, get on from the junk yard,
it is going to take a lot of time to dry out all the electrical, and replace ALL the fluids
but you know what the condition it is in to begging with, and if it is worth your time and your labor and your money to get it going again, if your going to pay out of pocket for a garage to do it forget it...if the insurance company is going to pay, maybe you can get the money and put it towards a newer vehicle...
the computer may be 300 and all the fluid and filters may be a couple hundred, not to include the possibility of any other electrical component not working, I may just CLEAN it up a LOT!!! and put it up for sale.....
good luck

Lake is lot better than the ocean... but get ready to kiss at least $3,000 good bye. Oil, gas & antifreeze need flushing out, and a good chance your electrical system needs to be rewired.

"GOOD NEWS"
***********************************
If it still starts, then of course not, it's far from being junk. And yes of course, I highly suggest you to dry it out.
o Use a wet vac is a MUST
if you dont want a foul
scent from this point on.
"PROBLEMS"
*****************
Anything electricle may give you a hard time or just not work at all. Nothing you cant replace inexspensivly at a local PICK-N-PULL.
