The muscles are stretched from your previous pregnancies and don't hold everything tight like before and that is why you are bigger. As far as the sickness, every pregnancy is different.

Bigger??? At 7 weeks the baby is only the size of a peanut, how big could you possibly be. Join the club, many of us were sick in the first trimester. Besides what is your question??? That is a statement.

every pregnancy is different...some you can feel great...and others you are sick as a dog...and also...women to show sooner and be much larger after previous pregnancies...since they are already prestretched....but...if you feel things are really abnormal you should talk to your doctor....being very sick...and having too much amniotic fluid can indicate a problem with the fetus. If you are worried...or even just curious...talk to your doctor...that is what you pay them for!
