There are plenty of questions about Hitler and even a few about Lenin and Stalin, but nothing about communists China's state sponsered murders why is that? Is it only because we live alongside that government and trade with them, why?

First, because no government wants to confront China's.
Second, because there is a lack of information (because first reason). Compared to earlier regimes, hardly any book can be found.
And third, there is no interest. Hitler and Stalin are "popular" exactly in the same manner as Jack the Ripper. People are attracted by murders. Except Mao, you don't have an strong figure that could be blamed and "popular".

You are exactly right. Money. They are an extremely important economic and military power that the United States relies heavily on. Its sad but true. Americans, politicians in particular, in essence could care less about what goes on over there as long as we can get our goods produced and some Chinese take-out. There are many many things that go in the rest of the world that we have no idea about.

Ignorance is bliss? Possibly, but ignorance that causes others anguish and denies the fact that it happened, well that just seems to be our American philosophy.
