Sometimes when I kick this black box under the passenger side seat, the blowers will come on all of a sudden. Im not sure what the problem is ..any idea? solutions?

the vents work off a vacuum system. you probably have a valve not working right.. check all around under the passenger side for a possible vacuum leak or a cracked or broken line.....

well sorry to say but the other people who answered didn't do thier home work again. is sounds like your directional duct vent controlls are not shifting to change the air flow. get under the dash and see if the wiring or vacuum system has come loose from the back of your controlls for the heater. if the rear is blowing then you should be able to change the air flow with the controll panel if not then there is something wrong in THAT part of the system............THE CONTROLLER !

yep sound like loose wire to the heater blower/check the wires or the blower may be dying

it mite be the heater relay check that. if that isn't the problem the motor is most likely bad.
