Sounds like a urinary tract infection. Just to be on the safe side call and make an appointment to see your Dr. While you're waiting for your appointment go to the grocery store and buy a bottle of Ocean Spray cranberry juice and drink it, or go the your local pharmacy department and buy some cranberry gel capsules over the counter, no prescription needed and take some , according to the direction on the container. If this is a UTI you should be feeling better within hours. I gave this advice to somebody else recently, and she gave me the 10 points for best answer, and said "THANKS, THAT WORKED". My wife always does this and it always works for her. Good luck.

Hi - it sounds like a bladder infection (cystitis), go to the docs for some antibiotics and drink lots of water. Also, take the tampon out and wear a pad. HTH, Bex x

It does kinda sound like a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). It is common. I would recomend seeing a doctor and he/she will check you out and see what it is. If it is a uti then they will just give you some meds. Good luck! Sorry your in pain!

sweetheart you should never use tampons they are dirty and cause infections, go back to the old style pads there are lots on the market now that are very discreet and do a better job. It sounds to me like you have either a water infection or you could even have septicemia which is blood poisoning. see your doc asap. good luck.

You may have cystitis and you may have a canal infection.
Either way- you should seek medical advice. Don't worry- they've seen it all and much more besides, before. Yours is not out of the ordinary believe me.
