It is one line above the 1/2 cc(ml) line. .5 is 1/2 cc/ml. So it is one line above. Hope that helps.

depends on how big the syringe is. if it's a small one, then the measurement should be .6 of a ml (6 tenths). if it's a large syringe, it could mean 6 ml. be careful though. cause these are very big differences, especially if you are giving medication! it should have on the syringe what the dosage amount is measured in. it should have ml etc on it.
if it is a point (.) and looks to be quite low in liquid, i'm sure that it'd be 6 tenths
