Second Monitor NO SOUND (TV) please help?

Question

I have tv-out (s-video),video shows up fine but no sound,
sound comes from my pc but not the tv?
tv has hdmi input,but pc card doesn't,
pc card only has vga & s-video,
tv has vga input,but ???
when i hook vga to s-video(with vga to s-video adapter)
video comes in black & white with no sound.
any help?

to get sound coming out of the TV you would need to have a sound card with phono plugs (red, white) ( yellow is the video) and the cable to match so it would be (red and whit) from sound card to (red and white) to TV s-video to s-video and the TV Chanel set to auxiliary
