um......YES...unless you have an open marriage and he/she knows and allows you do go ahead and recieve oral from someone else. but even if that was the case...you shouldnt do it if you love them..good luck

absolutely it is. Doing anything sexual, kissing, touching, having sex - ANY kind of sex and even have an emotional connection with some other person is considered cheating.
Put it this way, would you want YOUR spouse to get oral from someone else???? IF you answered yes, then all the power to you - have an open marriage but if you answered no, then obviously you cheated!!

Well, yeahhhhhhhhh! Think about it, how do you think you would feel if you found your mate receiving oral from someone other than you. Would you consider that cheating? Than you have your answer.
