convert these equations into y= mx+b : x+y =1 2x-y=8

2x+1>0 3y-6>0

with what equations do i use to slove the system: (just give me the two sets of equations and for what variable to solve for)
2x-3y-5z=2
3x+5y-4z= -9

For your second question, you can use any two of those three equations to solve for any two variables. The point of that exercise is to eliminate one variable at a time by substituting one equation at a time. For example, you can solve for x in equation 2, plug that into equation 3, solve for y and plug that into equation 1. Or you can use any other combination you like.

for the first part of your question
solve for y
x+y=1 y=-x +1 (m would be 1)
2x-y=8 y=-2x+8 (m is -2)

hope this helps
