No actually I think no race is naturally more or less intelligent then the next, I think it matters most on their culture and education rules. Black children are (by culture) normally influenced in the sports and some forms of music. Asians and Jews in education and classical music.
Still, our family jokes that we'd still like the hair with the intelligence!
