Im currently working in the Philippines in a callcenter as a Senior Dev't Leader and also a callcenter Trainer. I've heard this type of certification helps with credentials for people in the management level in callcenters. Only I don't know where to be certified, what the requirements are etc....I've heard that the Sisigma certification is one of the most recognized in for people in call centers worldwide.
