Where are the fabric centers in Hamilton, Ont. and Brooklyn, NY?

I've heard that the cities of Hamilton, Ontario in Canada and Brooklyn, NY in the USA have big sections (many stores) with fabric sellers. I'm looking for floral fabric for Polish Krakowski dance skirts. Any websites or addresses for fabric sellers that might have a large stock of European materials?
