the x-files game:resist or serve (PS2) help.?

Question

iam playing as sculler agent and i cant find the boltcutters,i reviewed a walkthrough and i knew that i should go to Dr. Henry Dawson's Office and to check the body of the dead doctor and when in the way out,i will find some zombies to kill and by checking the broken window more zombies will jump in and after killing them i will find the boltcutter near this window.

the problem is that i checked the dead body,and went out without seeing any zombies in the entrance or jumping from the window
and i didnt find the boltcutter.

PLEASE HELP.
