by 20th century, i mean it has to be from the 20th century. like, written in the 20th century i guess.

Also important to think about what you can realisticaly play.
I am guessing from your question that you are young, in your teens.
Doing a woman of 80 is probably not a good idea.
Find someone who is near you in age [10 years].
Break a leg.

Not quite sure I understand the question. Explain 20th century mono. How long should it be 5mins or 3mins. And what is the audition for?
