thus far i've only seen rozen maiden and 2 episodes of traumend so i will go with my opinions based on that.
hinaichigo: becasue she is sooo cute and adorable
shinku: because she is elegant, and a nice "doll" at heart...
actually all the dolls are cute! even though some have a bit of attitude... hint hint...

oohh...i've been waiting for this question!! =D i love barazuishou coz she's the coolest villain besides suigintou and yeah, coz she's tough. not only that, i think the rose eye patch adds an additional "cold/evil" feeling towards her character. =D
