Is there a music program to where you can add a musical instrument to an already made music file?

Making my own CD, where can i add certain music instrument? I only have a piano accompnament! Would like drus, mabe sax, and more! Help please! Is there any Free ones! I would perfer that! That or free demos!

i'm stuck!!!! I have Audacity, that's what i'm recording through on the PC.

audicity.com :S dont know u can edit songs with it and wats link to sony studio thing?
