Given that a square has 4 right angles, it's easy to know that 4 right angles equals 4 times 90, or 360.

In general, all 4-sided shapes have their angles equal to 360, the same way all triangles' angles add up to 180.

And, to be even more general, all n-sided polygons have their angles add up to 180(n - 2).
