Yeah, you can either buy a better network card for the expansion slot on your laptop, or buy a more powerful wireless router. As for which you should do...it all depends on what kind of card and router you currently have. Or get one of those boosters that other guy mentioned, never used one myself though...

you need to be more specific as to what the actual problem is. a signal booster is not always the answer when it comes to wireless..
