You are beautiful and smart and the boy that broke up with you doesn't deserve you because you are a great person and when the right one comes along you will be ready and not be with anyone else because you don't need a boy to complete you. You are complete all by yourself until that perfect one for you gets here. You are sotrry about th e-mail, it was a mistake and you learned a valuable lesson, never put in writing anything that you don't absolutly want someone to see, ever, it is a record and won't go away. These private things should only be spoken, not written. Your coach will forgive you if you tell them you were having a very bad day and you apologize. Make all the rest of the practices on time and do excellent because you are free right now and you can concentrate on being the best swimmer they have. Now, go out there tom. and be who you are. A good person that isn't perfect but who is trying to be. Good luck, God bless.

Well, try not to let it keep you in the dumps too long. We all have times like that sometime. I know I sure did. Learn your lessons from whatever mistakes you might have made, either by accident or otherwise, and remember that there are lots and lots of boys out there and that one obviously wasn't the one for you. Just wait till you get into college, hopefully. That's when the fun really begins, though I can't say that many of the boys are any more grown up- neither are a lot of the girls for that matter. Good luck and keep your chin up!

Seriously if you and that girl arnt friends no more, then nothing she does should make you embarresed. Move on and get another boyfriend youll get over him probably wasnt even all that. If you feelin sad then do something like to do like swimming it will get you mind off your problems. And tell your coach that you were not skipping practice.

it will get better, you always have your family who will listen to your problems and you can always get another boyfriend (someone who will love you not just dump you out of the blue)
i guess the best thing for you to do now is go cry about your horrible day :)

When you feel down, think of this:
No matter how bad things really are, someone else has it sooo much worse than you.
Have a nice day!!
And TRUST ME....your life could be SO much worse....TRUST ME....

Tomorrow is a brand new day. It is a chance to start fresh-conduct yourself in a manner in which you can be proud and know that something only matters if you let it. Keep your chin up, sugar-pie!
