I don't really think so myself but I can see why others might.
The photo that you have displayed on here is very dark and shadowy. Your eyes are kinda looking off to to the side. Maybe you should get a better web cam.

You do not look creepy. Your photo is somewhat dark and mysterious, guess some of them just can't handle that.
