If you think this is a dictatorship you obviously have never been anywere else. The next freeist country is way more restrictive than the USA even if we suspened Habeas Corpus. In most European countries you can be arrested for not having your ID on your person while out on the street. In some European countries it takes seven civilians to contradict the word of one policeman.

You are a nut, the USA is not a dictatorship and during wartime you can't just go run around like some spoiled brat screaming and screeching, unwilling to make some temporary sacrifices. Americans that came before us did, Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus and Roosevelt interened Japanese and German citizens preemptively during WWII.
