Hmm...if there is a difference, I would say that being constant is having a routine in the way you do things day to day...being predictable is in random situations (as opposed to day to day routine) people can always guess what you will do. :)

Constant =not changing-fixed.
Predictable = telling about something/one in advance.

predictale is when somebody else knows what you're gonna do, but constant is when you know.
