I am not sure how a current transformers works. Can any one (very specifically) tell me how to make a currrent transformers? it's for my science class.

For anyone not scientifically inclined, imagine this as a way to understand how it works:

Imagine a moat around a castle. Then imagine a water wheel on one side turning in the water. It would make the water flow around the moat in a circle. Then imagine another water wheel on the other side of the castle, that is being turned by the water. It wouldn't turn with as much power as the one that was stirring the water. This is in essence how a transformer works.
