Simply put this is the wrestling section whether it is pro college high school olympic it's still wrestling as we define it you don't like it turn off the TV and don't watch it

I will answer ur question wit a question.Do u like t.v. shows or movies? Well it's da same thing except this is live & interactive. U can't go to a movie & yell at the actors the same way u do in wrestling. It's all entertainment, like football, baseball, & basketball. But here there is'nt overpaid tantrum throwing dramaqueens , who go from team to team, who could'nt care less what the fans say or think & give half@ss performances every chance they get. In wrestling ur guaranteed , drama , excitementment, athleticism.It's a movie,a sporting event, & a circus all rolled into one.& da ring is a stage where every chair shot & every acrobatic manuever is another part of da story.

I think it is meant to be as fake as it is. The whole thing is tongue in cheek. Tongue-in-cheek is a term that refers to a style of humour in which things are said only half seriously, or in a subtly mocking way. This is just a form of entertainment that many people like. I'm not one of them, but I know enough that the fans don't really think this stuff is real. They just enjoy the humor and sub plots. Most fans are young or are older people who enjoyed it as a youth and now enjoy it with their kids.
Lastly, what the "fake" wrestlers do is very difficult. I'd put a million on it that you couldn't come close to pulling off the stuff that they pull off. I actually worked with a guy who wrestled for a small circuit in Florida and I was joking him and he said, "okay, let me chop you." I said okay and next thing you knwo I was against the wall holding my chest in some decent pain. These guys are athletes and taking steroids some of the supplements these guys take isn't illegal so you can't really chastise them for being good and doing what needs to be done to get ahead in their profession. You can, however, dislike them.
