please answer.... please!!!?
heyy everyone... well im planning to wake up for school at 6:00 tomorrow morning.. ya know.. have a smoothie or something.. study a little.. but once i do those things.. i am totally bored and i go back to sleep! i cant help this habit, and i really need to know things i could do to break it. I do the stuff i want to, and then go to sleep and wake up for the bus. But i need to know things i can do tomorrow morning to keep me occupied; so i dont go back to bed. Thanks sooo muchh! and please no rude comments or remarks.

Do something physical. Stretches, yoga, situps. It will keep you healthy and help you be more awake and alert for th whole day.

Try eating a sliced apple with peanut butter. It is great for energy and has less sugar than a smoothie. The fiber and protein are better for you too. You could also try cleaning up a room in the house, I am sure your folks would appreciate it. Good luck. That's about all I have, unless you want to exercise a little before you take your morning shower. That gives me energy.

Get up just a little later so that you have just enough time to get things done.Or you could get up at the same time but make breakfest,insted of a smoothie,make somthing that will take longer.Toast,eggs,bacon,cinnimon rolls,ext.This way you are fullfilling a task and not sleeping time away and you are making use of it!Good luck!

You could tidy your room if it is messy? Or help your parents around the house? You could read a book... Go for a jog... Cook everyone breakfast. Play Suduko... Learn to paint.... Learn french, or spanish or german or all of them??? What kind of things are you into??? Start there.

Seriously, why don't you just sleep in a little longer? You should know about how long it takes you to get up and get ready....so take that time and subtract it from when you get on the bus...and sleep till then.

Work on homework or change your wake up time so that you don't have alot of free time just time that you need to do stuff.

watch tv or an interesting movie!!! (that always helps me, especially if i watch a really good soap XD --- an it gets me hyped too
