hey.. i think you must be using a eyeliner pencil and that really is prone to smudging and stuff. i had the same problem so now i've switched from using a pencil eyeliner to a kohl eyeliner(by M.A.C). make sure u pull ur botttom eyelids when drawing so that i'd stay on the inner rims. if not u can use a liquid eyeliner.. but that really takes a steady hand and a lot of skill when drawing. so i'd really suggest u'd try using the kohl eyeliner.

its never good to put eyeliner on your inner rims of your eye. because then all that makeup gets into your pores INSIDE YOUR EYE...which is not good. and if you wear contacts that even worse.
try putting on the outer rim. it will look better and bring your eyes out more if you use the right color. and revlon has the best eyeliner i ever tried so definatley go for that if you want it not to smudge or wipe/sweat off.

Oh, I know what you're talking about! First off, I never buy the hard pencils anymore. They always tend to rub off by the end of the day. But if you absolutely must use the hard pencils, Elizabeth Arden is the best. But I would recomend pretty much any soft pencil that can be bought pretty much anywhere. I love to death anything by CoverGirl! I hope this helps a bit!

I agree revlon is a great product. i use the liquid liner. but there are eye lineres that dont smudge but i really think its nearly impossible to have long lasting eyeliner. But i deal with mine but puttin eyeshadow over it. so jus use an angle brush and brush over it with eyeshadow the color of ur liner

i would try using a powder like a colored eye shadow instead. Ive had more luck with that. whatever makeup you use, you will need to reapply it throughout the day to stay fresh. that was a good dream though, thx.

There arent really any. But you can avoid having it rub off by not rubbing your eyes. And putting on your makeup after you do physical activity. The greasier your face the easier it is for it to run/rub off.

You could have it tatooed on....that is guaranteed not to rub off.
Other than that, Avon has some awesome liners in a stick form that twist, I cant remember the exact name, but hey...Avon? I'm sure you could find them. I got one in jade green that I love & it stays till I take it off.
