I was an adult leader not long ago. The one thing I feel needs to go is the uniform. I think a nice polo shirt would be nice and a kaki pant or short.
I know its all about tradition and everyone being equal and looking the same, but this is 2007! Scouting will not survive if they dont do something. Any thoughts?

If you want to lose the uniform, join an organization which has no dress code.
The uniform stays. Its part of scouting.

You do have a good idea. But i wouldn't really mess with that. Tradition is tradition.
