heyy everyone... well im planning to wake up for school at 6:00 tomorrow morning.. ya know.. have a smoothie or something.. study a little.. but once i do those things.. i am totally bored and i go back to sleep! i cant help this habit, and i really need to know things i could do to break it. I do the stuff i want to, and then go to sleep and wake up for the bus. But i need to know things i can do tomorrow morning to keep me occupied; so i dont go back to bed. Thanks sooo muchh! and please no rude comments or remarks.

Wake up with enough time to do the things you need to do without having enough time after to get bored and go back to sleep. In other words, sleep a little later in the first place.

If you're getting up at 6 and you are finding that you are able to get everything done that you need to before school and still have time to go back to bed... my question is what time to you go to school and why do you get up so early? maybe you should try getting up a little later if you have all this extra time or if you are so use to this routine already, study? An idol mind is a terrible thing to waste!

Wake up later so you have just the right amount of time to have your smoothie, get dressed, and catch the bus. Dont allow yourself time to get bored and go back to bed.

i would wake up a little later like 6:30 or 7:00. that way you could get some study time in and get ready and all that jazz. or you could come on here to kill time. or before you fall asleep again, set you r alarm clock

Clean your house, do your laundry, go jogging or workout, take a workout class like cycling or yoga, do some volunteer work, get a job, read a book, watch a movie, go see a movie, get more friends, find a girlfriend, try a dating website, got to the mall or any store, go to a museum, aquarium, book store, library, go to get break feast or lunch. come one there are lots of things you can do, but you probably don't want to do anyone of them because admit it you would just rather be sleeping.

Go to Walmart. Buy The Step. Next to the sporting goods.
Put it by your bed. When you go to bed, Step up and down for 6 minutes. When you wake up, step up and down for 5 minutes. This will get the metabolism going so when you wake up, you will be wide awake and ready to go to school. And the day will be better, too.

why dont you wake up abit later and study on the way to school or take your smoothie with you on the bus if your allowed.

Excercise, take a shower, then have your smoothie. By that time it'll be time for the bus to come and you'll be all fired up and ready to go.

lol this is SO not a problem

but if you know you will be studying something new tomorrow then look it up before so you're not completely clueless in the lesson and understand it better..

trust me, if you understand something by yourself you will never forget it..

OR just play games or watch the news

All I would say is sleep in a little bit later! Then, after you get up, go for a little walk to get yourself moving.
