Black and white accesories will work for this. also, depending one your style you can add one colorful accent color to it and get a pair of tights in that color. Flat shoes (no heels) and maybe a down hair do. You could also pair it with a blouse to use as a light jacket.

Good will and Salvation Army have nice shoes if you hit the right time. This time of the year, shoes are on sale. You should be able to find a nice pair.

just be simple and use black or white, or even black and white shoes. and throw in some black and white beads! take this advice from a person that has a fetish for black and white stuff.it'll be both sophisticated and fun.
