call him from your home phone, a payphone, etc. You don't have to have a mobile phone to call someone else that has a mobile phone.

lol...WTF y dont u just call them off any phone u can find.. internet phone, pay phone, home phone or get a pre-paid cell phone that are really cheap are at most stores...
