I know that migraines can be caused by taking birth control, but I wonder if the opposite is true, too. I've been having headaches almost every day, and I think they started about the same time I stopped birth control (about 2 months ago). I wonder if the hormone change is causing them. I go to the doctor Thursday....just wondered if anyone else has experienced this.

That's funny you say that. I've been off birth control for 2 months now as well. I've had a headache everyday too for about a week. I've also been really cranky too. Two guesses...either prego or our hormones are all out of wack. Good luck!

I used to get migraines all the time, but they stopped when I started birth control. Hormonal changes have all sorts of weird effects...

headhaches are not a sign of pregnancy it is caused by changing the hormone level in your body an increase in estrogen probably made you sick when you first took it when you stopped your body has to readjust take extra strength tyelenol if that doesnt work try naprosyn if the headaches still continue and those arent helping see a certified neurologist
