They say doggy style let's the sperm get to where its going more efficiently.

I would say missionary or doggie style b/c it gives the sperm a better chance at swimming towards the uterus to get pregnant, Good Luck on trying to conceive.

I'm not sure what the best position is, we just did it a lot. It took a lot longer with our first child. Just relax and enjoy the sex now while you still have the energy!!!

I heard it was doggy style because the sperm gets pushed up inside of you more. It's worked for someone I know

i heard doggie and missionary like the other people said... but i just wanted to mention to the last two people that left a comment that they should no what concieving is.....

elevate the foot of your bed so that the head part is lower, this is called trendelenberg position (surf for this pic) if you are in the bed there...

I think all are "good" but missionary has proven effective for centuries.
