Start
Control Panel
Appearance and Themes
Change the Screen Resolution
Settings
Screen resolution will be at the bottom. The more pixel you want, the smaller the screen will become.

I dont really understand what you mean by that, but generally on Windows XP you either right click an empty space on the desktop and select properties, or select Aperrance and Themes then Display from Control Pannel. Select the Settings tab, then click and drag the slider under screen resolution. Left for less, right for more, but it should already be labelled. The other people are right.

Not sure what OS you are running, but if you are running Windows XP, ME or 95, just right click on the background of your desktop and select Properties, then click the far right tab "Settings". You should then see a Screen Resolution setting near the bottom of the window. Hope this helps.
