The best way to find out is to go to Taco Bell's website (http://www.tacobell.com/) and look at their nutrition information. Much of their food is fattening, but some is not. The other concern is that some of their food contains trans fat, which is pretty bad for you. (The beans in particular have trans fat because they are made with shortening.)

For non-fattening food at Taco Bell, you can order almost anything "al fresco" style (I think that is what they call it) and they will leave out cheese and any fattening sauces and gives you a nice salsa instead. Or just avoid fried things and cheeses and you should be OK. Taco Bell is no worse than the other fast food restaurants.

Taco Bell uses meat with a grade of "D". That should give you a clue. Grocery stores sell either Grade A, or Prime. I have never been in a store that sells Grade B, or Grade C, let alone a "D"!
I don't know what the grade of meat in dog food is, but I am thinking in might be a "D".
As for fattening; that mostly depends on how much of it you eat, and how often. You would need to decide this one yourself. I myself do not eat at Taco Bell.
Good luck.

It all dpends on what you eat and how much of it you eat. Balance is very key. Overall, I'd rather eat at Taco Bell than I would at other fast food restaurants.

Overall I would not call Taco Bell healthy. You can eat there without blowing your diet. You have to become an informed consumer so you can avoid the foods that really high in calories and fat.

As long as you eat it in moderation...When I ocassionally go there, I only get the chicken and keep off the cheese and sour cream so it isn't so fattening...use more veggies or guacamole instead.

Generally if it's fast, cheap, and tastes good then it's not healthy.

Like all fast food, it's very healthy if you are jogging past it...
