My local Newspaper has on one its website. Some Papers do if they report Tides.

I almost forgot- as kids we always got a copy of the Farmers Almanac in our Christmas stocking. You can pick it up at most book stores. It has one for the year.

If you mean the phases of the Moon, there are a few calendars that show the phases of the Moon for each day.
(e.g., Calendar of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada).

There are a few ones on the Web.

The one below lets you pick a date (1800 to 2199) and it shows you the phase of the Moon for that day.

As for the size (meaning the apparent diameter) I do not know of anything that shows the size as a picture.

The Nautical Almanach used to display the size (in minutes of arc -- one minute = 1/60 degree) as it was used by navigators.
