I need to find a dress that is halter toped and does NOT go below the knee, preferably above the knee about half a foot. I want it purple, puffy, and sparkly if possible but i would be up for anything. Does anyone have any good advice for me on where to shop. I could use some help and the dance it is for is in march or may cant remeber which

I would recommend Group USA or macy's. If you want a cheap dress that's cute, Da Cozy is a store that can usually be found in malls. There are also some cute dresses at gojane.com

debshops.com.. they have very cute dresses for dances and are very reasonable in prices. I found a lot of my dresses for homecomings at Deb.
