Asus ..will be able to use Asus P5W DH Deluxe i975X ..?

for gaming pc ..i am plaing to build a pc for gaming i am thinking that Asus P5W DH Deluxe i975X or Asus Commando P965 Socket 775 ..which is better and why ..

P965 is better than the 975X, it overclocks better and is all around just more stable.
