Values are things that we think are most important to pay attention to or to do. For instance, a priest or rabbi's values might be: God first, the other fellow second, peace third. Wheras, someone who was self-obsessed might say: myself first, my happiness second, my ego third.

I make an effort to be kind to strangers I meet in person becuase its an awful feeling when a stranger is unkind to me. For instance, I work at a store that caters mostly to a certain race of peoples and I'm the only white girl that works there. Yes I am. At least 3 times a week I get customers that just don't like white people and they don't try to hide it. I've been there a year and 1/2 and it makes me want to cry sometimes becuase I will never understand why people are so mean to each other. You might ask why I work there in the first place, well I have considered that question myself but starting a new job is a pain and I'll be done with college soon so I won't be there forever, plus I absolutly adore the people I work for.

What are my values "as a human"?

As opposed to what? What my values would be "as a wombat"? Of course they're going to be "human values". They're the only kind I can have.

1. My wife's health and happiness.
2. MY health and happiness.
3. Faith.
4. Attempting to be more vocationally successful than I currently am.

1. Love, because w/ love you keep your friends, your family, spouse and any other person around you happy w/ you, and even God (if you believe in any)... Peace is always in this subject, if love exists, then respect comes from love and ultimately peace comes w/ respect.
2. My goals, because my goals make my life... I have to fulfill them, because they are the ones that can shape and will shape my life.
3. The environment, the world in which I live is very important to me, because without it life wouldn't be possible.
And that's it, if love is in my life, if I have goals and are trying to achieve them, and if my surrounding environment is safe and clean, then I have achieve happiness.
