Spindle formation, which happens during the Prophase of Mitosis.

Growth and duplication of daughter cells, as well as chromosome duplication, will have already happened, during the Interphase. When Interphase is completed, Mitosis begins.

Cytoplasmic division begins in the late Anophase of Mitosis, and continues through the Telophase of Mitosis.
